Tamreny ("we", "the app") is an AI-assisted fitness app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Tamreny you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile

• Name, email, phone number, and (if you sign in with Google/Apple) your provider account identifier.
• Fitness profile you enter: age, gender, weight, height, city and country, and an optional profile photo.

Activity

• Workouts and exercises you complete, water/step goals, and the points/ranking earned from activity.

Community

• Posts you publish, comments, and direct messages (including any images you send) to other users.
• Moderation data: users you block and reports you submit.

Technical

• Device push token, app version, language, and basic crash/diagnostic data.

2. How we use it

• Provide and personalise your plans, content language, and gender-appropriate content.
• Operate community features (feed, leaderboards, messaging) and keep them safe (blocking, reporting).
• Send notifications you enable, and improve reliability via crash diagnostics.
• Power the AI coach: prompts you send to the coach are processed by our AI provider to generate replies.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that run the app on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — authentication, storage, and crash reporting.
• OpenAI — processing your AI-coach messages to generate responses.
• OneSignal — delivering push notifications (if enabled).
• Google AdMob — advertising, for non-subscribed users (if ads are enabled).

Your public profile (name, photo, city/country) and posts are visible to other users of the community.

4. Your choices & rights

• View and edit your profile at any time in the app.
• Block or report other users from their profile.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us (see contact below).
• Turn notifications off in your device settings.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request. Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over HTTPS.

6. Children

Tamreny is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
